I am Ana Pedro, I am a care worker and a pharmacist.
I am registered with GPHC (no.2206096) and with Social Care Wales (no.W/5131135). I can do hoisting and manual handling.
I can provide personal home care following a specific care plan and also can provide medicines use reviews, take care of medicines reconciliation when discharge from hospital and I can manage medications with GP surgeries.
